Agosto Fitness provides personal training, virtual training, nutrition planning, and related fitness services at our private studio located at 75 Goodway Drive, Rochester, NY 14623. All training programs are customized to individual client needs and are delivered by certified personal trainers.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services independently. Clients under 18 may participate with written parental or guardian consent. By using our services, you represent that you are physically able to engage in exercise and have consulted with a physician if you have any medical conditions that may be affected by physical activity.
Participation in any exercise program involves the risk of injury. Agosto Fitness and its trainers are not medical professionals. You should consult your physician before beginning any fitness program. By participating in our training services, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree that Agosto Fitness is not liable for any injuries sustained during or as a result of training sessions.
Training sessions must be scheduled in advance. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited. Agosto Fitness reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a make-up session will be offered.
Payment for training packages is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. All sales are final. Training packages are non-transferable and expire 90 days from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified. Agosto Fitness reserves the right to modify pricing at any time, though changes will not affect existing purchased packages.
