Endurance & Flexibility

15+ Reps

Higher rep ranges with shorter rest periods. Builds muscular endurance, cardiovascular fitness, and lean muscle definition.

Shape & Tone

8–12 Reps

The sweet spot for muscle building and body composition. Moderate weight, controlled tempo, focused on aesthetics and definition.
