Our custom nutrition plans are tailored specifically for each individual based upon their goals and needs. We work with our clients so you not only know what foods you should be targeting, but also that you’re comfortable maintaining this dietary lifestyle.
Unlike so many 30 or 60 day “fad diets” that leave people calorie and nutrient depleted, we strive for our clients to truly enjoy this new fitness journey and be able to maintain this lifestyle. Each meal plan we create is designed specifically for the individual. Some of the things we take into consideration when setting your diet and macronutrients:
-Body Type (Ectomorph, mesomorph, or endomorph)
-Daily activities (Do you have a desk job or are you on your feet and moving all day?)
-Food Allergies (Are there certain foods you’re allergic to or your body doesn’t react well to?)
-Medications (certain medications, beta-blockers, have been proven to lower the metabolism, resulting in fewer calories burned)
– Your Goals (Weight loss, muscle building, shape and tone)
-Age, height, and weight
