I have started workout programs in the past only to be waylaid by injury. The bad form you use when your younger isn't as forgiving as you get older.... Garret keeps my form correct and after a year and a half I've gone down several pant sizes while maintaining the same weight. His macro program works. I won't give this up!read more

I have been training at Agosto Fitness for a few months now and have seen fantastic results. Garret builds an individual plan, both diet and... exercise, for each person to help them achieve their own specific goals. He is incredibly encouraging and positive throughout your training and makes you feel very comfortable in the studio. Each session is customized to the individual person and can be adjusted based on how your body is feeling that day. If I could give Agosto Fitness more than 5 stars, I would. I actually enjoy working out now (and getting healthier by extension) and I used to completely dread it.read more

I have been training with Garret for about 3 months now and have seen more results than I have in the last year and a half of working out on my own.... He devised a specific workout and diet plan for the goals I was aiming to achieve and has helped me make great strides in those directions.
